Repair Fire Doors, BT 10182 Kadena AB, Okinawa

Replace forty (40) fire doors. Fire doors are deteriorated and rusting. Some doors are rusted to the frame making the fire doors not able to open causing life safety issues. Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and Lead Based Paint (LBP) testing was performed on these fire doors and paint on the fire doors tested positive for LBP. Statement of Work (SOW) will include design for removing and abating the LBP from the fire doors, and replacing the fire doors with new fire doors, meeting the current life safety code
