structures of the Harrow Research and Development Centre./ppThe purpose of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to issue a Departmental Individual Standing Offer (DISO) in order to obtain the services described in Annex A - Statement of Work./ppThe period of the Standing Offer is for one (1) basic year, starting January 19, 2023 to January 18, 2024 with the possibility to extend it for two(2) additional two (2) year periods, under the same conditions./ppThe total estimated budget for the SOs will be $75 000.00 per year for a total of $375 000.00 (Goods and Services tax or Harmonized sales tax not included) including optional years./ppSite Visit:brIt is recommended that firms intending to submit an offer for this project visit the work site. A site visit will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 9:30 am (EST) at the Harrow Research and Development Centre, 2585 County Road 20, Harrow, Ontario, N0R 1G0. Participants to the visit will be requested to sign an attendance form. Participants shall present themselves ten minutes before the visit scheduled start time. Please refer to article 2.6 of the RFSO for more information./ppAttendance to this visit is NOT MANDATORY but Firms that do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment, although they will not be precluded from submitting an offer.
