New piping specialties and controls will be provided. The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifications. Construction Cost Estimate: $1,300,000.00 The bid documents will be available at 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 21, 2024 on the DFCM website.
