Solicitation Description: The University of Texas at Austin (the “ University”) has posted an Invitation to Bid (“ ITB”) on behalf of Information Technology Services (" ITS") and Dell Medical School (" DMS")  to provide ServiceNow licenses. *Bid documents are also available via the link below: https://purchasing.utexas.edu/resources/formal-bid-opportunities Note: University will only accept electronic

submissions. University will not accept bids submitted by mail, telephone, or FAX transmission. Bidders shall upload their bid by clicking "Submit Here" next to the corresponding number on the link above. Reference attachment titled "Vendor Bid Proposal Upload Instructions."The electronic bid files should clearly indicate the company name of the Bidder. Upload files individually (do not upload folders).
