Summit County Youth and Family Services (SCYFS) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to produce a Strategic Plan for the Part I Nicotine Tax funding and programming.The awarded contractor will facilitate, and coordinate activities associated with this project and complete the entire project by September 1, 2023. The work will be in partnership with the Summit County Youth and Family Services (SCYFS) Manager, Health Promotion and Prevention Specialist, Summit Tobacco Coalition, and identified stakeholders. This work entails providing a variety of facilitation duties related to the 2019 Summit County Referred Measure 1A and prioritization of issues determined by the Summit Tobacco Coalition. Key areas of interest include setting a foundation, strengths and needs analysis, strategic plan, implementation plan, evaluation framework, and project management.
