Renovation to be approximately 15,693 GSF of combined maritime related research and development space. The Maritime Innovation Center Project is located within the shoreline environment and is subject to urban maritime land use requirements. Project is designed to achieve International Living Futures Institute (ILFI) Living Building Challenge (LBC) certification. This contract has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). The Engineer’s estimate range for this project is $10M - $20M. The WMBE utilization goal is 12% for this contract.
