11, 203. See Document 00 20 00 IB 4.06 for more information. Project consists of renovation of the existing 1910’s era timber framed Seattle Ship Supply Building at Fishermen’s Terminal. Renovation to be approximately 15,693 GSF of combined maritime related research and development space. The Maritime Innovation Center Project is located within the shoreline environment and is subject to urban maritime land use requirements. Project is designed to achieve International Living Futures Institute (ILFI) Living Building Challenge (LBC) certification. This contract has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). The Engineer’s estimate range for this project is $10M - $20M. The WMBE utilization goal is 12% for this contract. TITLE VI SOLICITATION NOTICE The Port of Seattle, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI has a right to file a formal complaint with the Port.
