Other Details Prospective bidders must bring a hard copy of the COVID-19 self health review/safety requirements form to the pre-bid meeting. A prequalification of contractors was performed by Metropolitan for Perris Valley Pipeline Interstate 215 Crossing Tunneling, under Request for Qualifications No. 1246. Only those contractors that have been prequalified will be allowed to perform tunneling work as a prime, subcontractor, or joint venture in response to the Notice Inviting Bids for this specification.
