The City of Stone Mountain is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for COURT REPAIRS. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Stone Mountain, 875 Main Street, Stone Mountain, Georgia 30083, until 2:00 p.m. local time on July 10, 2020 Any bid received after 2:00 p.m. Local time will not be accepted. The bid envelope must be marked on the outside with PROJCT NAME AND PROJECT BID NUMBER Question received after 2:00pm July 08, 2020

Scope of Work
1. Pressure washing entire court surface
2. Repair and resurface basketball court
3. Repairing all cracks using rite-way material
4. Fill and level all low areas of basketball court
5. Installing 1 coat of block resurfacing and 2 coats of color paint
6. Re-striping new basketball court lines
7. Clean up work site and leave in orderly fashion
Basketball and TENNIS Court Locations are:

a. One large basketball court size 78.95ft. x 103.86ft.
b. One small basketball court size 84.70ft. x 61.95ft
c. Tennis court area is 109ft x 120.98ft.

a. One large basketball court size 90.13ft. x 54.69ft.


The Owner (CITY) will award the Contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, subject with the Owner's right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interests.
