City-wide Infrastructure Asset Management Reporting Review and Support Project Description :1.This SOR is open to pre-qualified firms only. Proponents are invited who have been pre-qualified based on specific information previously submitted through The City’s RFSO 22-2000. Proposals will only be considered from proponents that were awarded under RFSO 22-2000. 2.The City of Calgary Asset Management Systems team is seeking advisory services and assistance in organization-wide asset management reporting. This entails a review of current work products (i.e., Infrastructure Status Report, Corporate (City-wide) Asset Management Plan (see B.4), reports to other levels of government) and revising reporting objectives, strategies and approach. The City may also request assistance with production of City-wide reporting deliverables as mutually agreed. 3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Estimated target end date is February 16th,
