Summary:Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing work to complete the supply and installation of 2 exhaust fans along with associated works, in the Operations Building at the Regional District’s Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WRWTP).Full details of the Work required is provided in Division 01 – General Requirements, plus Exhibit A – Contract Drawings of this RFP. A summary of the Work is as follows:Location: The Place of the Work is the Operations Building at the Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WRWTP), 4261 Gellatly Rd S, West Kelowna, BC, as shown on the Drawings.Maximum Budget: The District is not stating a maximum budget for this Work.Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:• The Work may commence anytime after: May 24, 2024• The Work must be Ready-For-Takeover no later than: August 30, 2024.Form of Contract: The Form of Contract to be executed between the District and the Contractor for the Work will be the CCDC2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract, as modified by Supplementary Conditions.
