THIRD RENEW AL OF CONTINUING SERVICES CONTRACT FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES This Third Renewal of Continuing Services Contract for Civil Engineering Services ("Third Renewal") is by and between The School Board of Duval County, Florida, a district school system in the State of Florida (the "District"), and Construction and Engineering Services Consultants, Inc., a Florida corporation (the "Contractor"). 1. Background. This Third Renewal pertains to the "Agreement Between Owner and Consultant for Continuing Annual Contract for Professional Services" (RFQ No. 02-21/TW Civil Engineering Services Contract). The Agreement was approved by the District at its October 6, 2020, regular meeting. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned in the Agreement. 2. Effective Date. The effective date of this Third Renewal is November 1, 2023. 3. Definitions. The capitalized terms used herein shall have the same definitions set forth in the Agreement, unless
