Solicitation Description: Texas Woman’s University Department of Housing is currently seeking Laundry & Linen Services for the academic year as needed for Covid-19 quarantines, and the months of June, July and August for camps. The requested services are for TWU owned linens, blankets, towels, washcloths and shower curtains. The chosen vendor must meet all of the criteria listed in this bid. Bids offering linen rental will not be accepted.• Laundry service during the academic year is requested every two weeks or as needed. Students infected with Covid-19 and students who

have been quarantined will require linen pick-up 72 hours after they have been medically cleared. TWU will collect the linen and bag it for pick-up from the dock.• Laundry service is needed for a total of 6 to 7 times within the months of June, July, and August.• Same day service (picked up and delivered to TWU) is required in the months of June, July, and August• Must be flexible with delivery times.• Laundry pounds will vary from 300 – 3,000 pounds.• Laundry will be bagged and ready to pick up at our basement dock.• All laundry should be returned clean and in good condition, with no damages.• All laundry should be accounted for when returned to customer.WHEN BIDDING:ONLY BIDS SUBMITTED ONLINE WILL BE ACCEPTED.
