NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF UTILITY OWNERSHIP The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on March 22, 2017, Home Water, LLC (Home Water) and Scott Hebertson d/b/a Sandlake Services (Sandlake) filed a joint application to transfer Sandlake’ s Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate) No. 76 to Home Water for the provision of public utility water service in the west Anchorage area. Docket No. U-17-018 was opened to address this matter.
Home Water currently provides public utility water service under Certificate No. 386. The application states that Home Water will purchase the assets of Sandlake and continue to provide public utility water service to the current Sandlake customers. If the application for transfer is approved, the application states Home Water will not change the rates Sandlake customers are currently paying for water service.
No motions for waiver or petitions for confidentiality were filed with this

application. A motion for expedited consideration of the application was filed. The Commission has not assessed the completeness of this application. The Commission may determine whether the application is complete by
April 13, 2017.
