control system. This project will provide complete security access control for the entire Vanguard Academy campus. It is important to us that no person can access unauthorized areas, and that entrances are always locked to prevent uninvited guests from gaining physical access to our school. In the event of an intruder, panic buttons shall be available in classrooms and offices to automatically lock all doors of interest from the outside, and automatically message specific administrators. The system should offer other important features like keycard access, visitor management support, access control software that manages the status of all doors along with a backlog of who is accessing each room among other features. All existing card access features will also be replaced but existing wiring can be used if needed.
