NASA AFRC Cafeteria Services Exchange Council

The NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) Employee Exchange Council (EEC) is requesting information from qualified and responsible firms for the provision of cafeteria or restaurant services at the NASA AFRC at Edwards, CA 93523. While the EEC is seeking a single supplier to manage and perform cafeteria services, we will consider alternatives that meet the needs of the NASA EEC. The cafeteria location shall be used by an offeror for the purpose of providing food and beverage services.  Vending or micro-market only solutions will be not be considered for this requirement.  Coffee and soft drink service furnished by the offeror shall be limited to the Cafeteria location only. The ideal set up will be a hot section grill, salad bar, sandwich station and grab and go items. Key Mealtimes:Breakfasts:  6:00 am – 10:00 amLunch: 10:30 am – 2:00 pmClosed every other FridayAverage Lunch period: 30 minutesHistorical Sale Figures:FY17: $332KFY18: $334KFY19:  $269KFY20/21: No information
