NOTICE OF MEETINGALASKA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATIONBOARD OF DIRECTORS - REGULAR MEETING THE AHFC BOARD OF DIRECTORS will meet at 10:00 a.m. on November 30, 2022 at the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (“AHFC”) boardroom, 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, Alaska. The AGENDA will include: A. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of not to exceed $150,000,000 aggregate amount of General Mortgage Revenue Bonds II in one or more series and authorizing and approving related matters; B. Consideration of a Resolution approving a $582,000 loan to provide long term financing for the purchase of an assisted living home for Arctic Star ALH, LLC; Shantel M. Bunting; Aaron D. Munter C. Consideration of a Resolution approving a $591,700 loan to provide term financing for the purchase of an assisted living home for Summit Care Properties, LLC; Matt M. Deluca; D. Consideration of a Request for $1,000,000 from Fairbanks Neighborhood Housing Services (FNHS) under the

Loans-to-Sponsors Loan Program (LTSP); E. Board Committee Reports; F. Any others matters to come before the board.
