The Vermont Agency of Education seeks proposals for a STAR professional development training for Vermont Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) provider instructors. The training will prepare participants to use specific evidence-based reading strategies through the STAR program created in conjunction with OCTAE. The STAR training is a package of training activities that may include live and/or virtual sessions with an endorsed trainer, online modules, coaching and feedback to instructors to practice strategies in the classroom, and learning community
