PROPOSAL TO EXTEND STATE AIRPORT LAND USE: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend the use of Lot 1, Block 100, consisting of approximately 15,000 square feet, at Igiugig Airport under Permit ADA-08820 for an additional five (5) years, to expire March 20, 2028. Applicant: Alaska Sportsman’s Lodge. Annual rent: $1,695. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Placement of connex for temporary storage for permittee’s freight forwarding; parking of permittee’s vehicles related to loading & unloading of permittee’s freight. Competing applications or Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., April 7, 2023, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the permit. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
