Custodial Services for Parks and Facilities

The Cosumnes Community Services District (District) is accepting proposals for contracted custodial services. The District has park restrooms and other facilities (recreation & community swim center, and offices) in Elk Grove, that require custodial services. Park restrooms vary in size from 128 to 1,080 square feet, and other facilities vary in size from 1,920 to 28,537 square feet. A high level of cleanliness of these public facilities and work environments is of utmost importance.Facility Tour for Prospective Bidders: Wednesday, May 8, 2024 from 2:30-4:30pm starting at the Cosumnes CSD Administration Building - 8820 Elk Grove Blvd., Elk Grove, CA 95624.
