The County may handle the installation of the shelters but is requesting additional pricing for the cost of installation in case the County decides to have the Contractor perform the installations. If the County opts to have the Contractor do the installations, the Contractor will be responsible for all costs associated with the installation of the bus shelters, solar lighting, benches, and trash receptacles including but not limited to permitting, licensing, and any associated fees. Contractor shall follow all applicable building codes.
