Request for Proposals Snow Lake Dam Removal Engineering and Permitting

The Town of Dover is requesting submission of proposals by Engineers licensed to practice in the State of Vermont for engineering and design services in support of the survey, design and permitting to remove the Snow Lake Dam and replace it with a single structure that meets bankfull width and will support South Access Road (TH-3) in Dover, as well as the stream channel restoration to connect the North Branch of the Deerfield River from the upstream end of Snow Lake through the new structure and into the existing downstream reach, as Snow Lake will be taken off stream.
