The Puyallup School District (PSD) is accepting bids for Non-Perishable Items for Food and Nutrition Services . Contract Period: August 1, 2024 - July 31, 2025 Prices are to remain firm throughout the contract period Estimated Bid Value: $590,000.00 Please carefully read all the material attached to this bid in the Documents section. To complete your bid response: 1) Enter Price Information in the UNIT PRICE field. 2) Enter Brand, Vendor Item Number and Pack Size in the ALTERNATE BRAND field. NOTE : If a brand already appears in the BRAND field, no substitutions are allowed. Your bid must be for that brand. Bidders are required to provide brand names and pack size for each item bid. 3) Leave the REFERENCE # field BLANK. 4) If you have additional information or comments about specific items, enter that information in the NOTES FOR AGENCY field for that line item. 5) You can also add
an alternate product and/or pricing by clicking on ADD ALTERNATE and entering alternative information in the fields that open below. You can enter in multiple alternates for an item. 6) General comments (such as minimum order requirements, minimum delivery requirements, delivery lead time ) can be entered in the GENERAL COMMENTS FOR THE AGENCY section at the bottom of the page.
