"LEGAL NOTICE\nInvitation to Bid\n\nTheCity of Meriden is accepting sealed bids for:\nB024-53 ARPA ParkingL ot Paving Dawg House Bar & Grill\n\nThe City of Meriden seeks the services of a contractor to provide parking lot replacement\nservices for Dawg House Bar & Grill.\n\nBids shall be submitted on forms and in the manner specified. Forms and specifications may be\nobtained from the Purchasing Department, on the City of M eriden website\n(www.meridenct.gov/business/bids-rfps/), and on the State of Connecticut Department of\nAdministrative Services website (https://webprocure.proactiscloud.com). Bids will be accepted\natthe Purchasing Department, 142 East Main Street, Room 210, Meriden, Connecticut\n06450 until 2:00 P.M. local, Eastern Standard Time on May 7, 2024, at which time they\nwill be publicly opened

and read. Any bid received after the time and date specified\nshall not be considered.\n\nThe right is reserved to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to award any item, group of\nitems, or total bid, and to waive informality or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best\ninterest of theCity of Meriden. No bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days of the date\nof the bid opening.\n\nA NON-M andatory Site Inspection is scheduled on April 19, 2024 @ 9:00 a.m. 999 Broad\nStreet, M eriden, CT 06450.\n\nThe attention of bidders is directed to the requirement for minimum wage rates to be paid under\nthis contract.
