ITB # 2023-015 Precast Concrete Restroom Buildings Description: CITY OF SALEM, VA INVITATION TO BID # 2023-015 Precast Concrete Restroom Buildings The City of Salem, Virginia, is requesting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to furnish and install on prepared site two precast concrete restroom buildings. The buildings shall meet or exceed the minimum specifications and requirements listed in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) # 2023-015. Sealed bids will be accepted in the City of Salem Purchasing Department, located at 114 North Broad Street, Salem, Virginia 24153, on or before 3:00 p.m., on February 9, 2023, at which time the bids will be opened. Bid documents may be obtained by calling 540-375-3061 or emailing rjordan@salemva.gov. The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after opening except for clerical errors, as set forth in Section 2.2-4330 of the Virginia Code. Bidder must give the City a notice in writing of the request to withdraw a bid within two (2) business days after conclusion of opening.
