We are currently accepting applications for an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Coordinator! This position is responsible for developing, overseeing, and implementing a comprehensive equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) plan that aligns with the City’s strategic objectives and goals. This position will develop and implement diversity initiatives and strategies that promote a welcoming, inclusive, supportive, and diverse community as a whole, as well as support efforts that close equity gaps and helps community members reach stability, health, and happiness. The ideal candidate must have: A Bachelor’s Degree with major coursework in social sciences, education, human resources, ethnic studies, public administration, or a field related to the position is required. A Master’s Degree is preferred. Ten years of management or leadership experience in a field that relates to equity, diversity, community supports, and inclusion may be substituted for education. Evening meetings may be required. This is a full-time, limited term position that is grant funded through December 31, 2026. Continuation of the position beyond 2026 is dependent on future budget appropriation. Salary Range: $72,208.66 to $84,112.08 annually, plus excellent fringe benefits.
