Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to upgrade the existing ventilation control system, install damper actuators, ancillary control panel, hood vents, control wiring, exhaust plume, and remove and properly dispose of replaced equipment to Caltrans, as described in this Agreement. The services shall be performed at Caltrans District 11, Kearny Mesa Lab, located at 7177 Opportunity Road, San Diego, CA 92111. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB as Attachment 10 for a more complete description of
