Contractor¿s Full Business Name (to be completed by the DMV), hereafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to provide waste and recycle bin(s) rental and to perform non-hazardous waste removal and recycle removal services at the San Diego (Clairemont) DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. 4. The services shall be performed at: 4375 Derrick Drive, San Diego, CA 92117. 5. Current contractor is EDCO Disposal, two (2) year term amount is $11,400.00.
