MMCAP Infuse RFP for Distribution of Vaccines and Vaccine-related Products

The solicitation documents are available for download on the Office of State Procurement (OSP) website.MMCAP Infuse is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish contract(s) with qualified distributors that will provide vaccine and vaccine-related distribution services to Members. MMCAP Infuse currently has three contracted vendors for these services which are approaching the end of their contract terms and is looking to establish new contracts. MMCAP Infuse is soliciting for vendors that will firstly distribute vaccines of all types. This solicitation also aims to

include distribution of vaccine-related products such as toxoids and diagnostic agents commonly used in an immunizing setting, monoclonal antibodies used for the prevention of disease. MMCAP Infuse will consider unique, value-added, vaccine-related services as part of this RFP such as mechanisms of vaccine storage, ordering, or replenishment. Certain products including coagulation products, hyperimmune globulins, and immune globulins may also be considered under this RFP but not as a standalone offering. Upon contract award, Members may select from the list of MMCAP Infuse awarded contracted vendors to purchase these products. MMCAP Infuse has pharmaceutical manufacturer and generalized pharmaceutical wholesaler contracts in place and such products and services are not solicited via this RFP. This RFP is not for vaccine manufacturer responses.MMCAP Infuse (MMCAP Infuse) is a governmental cooperative serving thousands of state and local government facilities across the United States.
