REV 6/27/2022 METROPOLITAN COUNCIL Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP) for Executive Recruiter Services Contract Number 22P257 The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for Executive Recruiter Services. The services require a qualified vendor to assist the Human Resource (HR) Director of the Metropolitan Council (Council), or designee, in the recruitment of various mid to high level management positions and/or difficult to recruit specialized positions. The services will be provided on an as needed basis over a three-year period. The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows: RFP Issue Date August 8, 2022 Pre-Proposal Meeting August 22, 2022, at 11:00 AM CST Questions Due August 24, 2022, at 11:00 AM CST Proposals Due September 15, 2022, at 5:00 PM CST Award October 2022 For the purposes of this contract, the Council has established a 3% goal for Metropolitan Council Underutilized Business participation.
