its terms. ODOT is NOT soliciting for bids or proposals through this notice. Please see

the program terms.

ODOT Small Contracting Program Mission Statement:

The primary goal of the Small Contracting Program (SCP) is to provide a contracting
mechanism for outreach to business entities. The SCP is welcomed by ODOT as a means to
build effective working relationships with companies who can benefit from the knowledge
and experience of working as a prime contractor on ODOT projects.

The SCP is made up of three divisions:

1. Architectural and Engineering and Related Services (A & E);
2. Construction (C); and
3. Other Services

to include Non A & E Personal Services and Trade Services (OS)

Program Terms:

For details regarding the program terms, including contract award not to exceed amounts
for the different categories, please click on the Attachments Exist folder. Please note
that each SCP category has its own attachment.

Vendor Registration:

To register in the SCP, please go to:
https://www.odot.state.or.us/VendorSelfRegistration

To expedite the registration process, please have the following:

- 9-digit Tax Identification Number (or SSN)
- Business name as displayed on tax documentation.
- Access to your email
- Review three SCP category lists found at:

http://www.oregon.gov/ODOT/CS/CIVILRIGHTS/Pages/scp_category_lists.aspx
identify which work categories your company would like to receive as contract
opportunities directly from ODOT.
