MARATHON ANNEX DRYWALL REPAIRS AND FLOORING

Marathon Annex building upgrade of electrical outlets behind kitchen counter to GFCI. Installation of new floor and all new cabinets and counter tops. Replace approximately 200+ linear feet of drywall along bottom two (2) feet of all walls, (Contractor to field verify), and paint to match existing walls. Provide new baseboard. Replace carpet in two (2) 10’ X 10’ offices. Repair damaged or destroyed framing and bottom tracks along interior walls. Replace missing 5’X8’ Clam Shell Awning with new over the side doorway entrance. Scope of Work: Repair drywall to match with the existing walls.                                 Paint walls to match existing.                                 Install new Carpet in some offices.                                 Install Vinyl Flooring in some offices and hallways.                                 Install new Kitchen Cabinets in Annex
