Legal Notice UW Bradley Street House Removal Under the provisions of Section 16-6-116, Wyoming Statutes Annotated, 1977, (Supp.1982), notice is hereby given that: 1) The Trustees of the University of Wyoming have accepted all work related to the project entitled “UW Bradley Street House Removal” as Substantially Complete in accordance with the Plans and Specifications as set forth in the Contract dated August 2, 2022, by and between the Trustees of the University of Wyoming and Domino Construction, Inc., PO Box 670, Laramie, WY 82073. 2) As of March 1, 2024, the Trustees of the University of Wyoming will pay the Contractor the full amount due them under said Contract, provided the work is fully completed and the Contract fully performed. 3) Nothing in the above-mentioned Section 16-6-116 of the Wyoming Statutes Annotated, 1997, (Supp. 1982), shall be construed as relieving the Contractor and surety on his bond from any claim or claims for work or labor done, or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of this Contract.
