The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 01 31 00, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents. Work included under this Project consists of construction activity to include construction of new softball synthetic field, backstop, fencing, grandstand, ramps, elevated

press box, roofed dugouts, bull pens, restroom/ concession building, concrete flatwork, ADA parking, relocated scoreboard, public utilities, grading, drainage systems and stormwater detention basin located at 241 Harmony Road on the Slippery Rock University lower campus. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and testing necessary for the installation of all work as depicted on the contract drawings. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General Construction to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education. A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on April 23, 2024, at 10:00AM, at Kesnevich Field, 214 Harmony Road, Slippery Rock, PA 16057.
