The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (LOT) markets gaming products throughout the Commonwealth. The premises sought through this RFP will house a Lottery Commission Retail Outlet and Claims Center where members of the public may redeem winning tickets in an amount up to and including $100,000, purchase tickets at a counter or at vending machines, and play KENO. LOT expects to receive approximately 200 visitors per day at the Claims Center.
