RFB#24-035- Middle School Band Instruments

SCOPE: Olathe Public Schools USD 233 is soliciting proposals for BAND (BRASS, WOODWIND, PERCUSSION) INSTRUMENTS to fulfill needs of the new SANTA FE TRAIL MIDDLE SCHOOL that is opening in August 2024. The intent of this RFB is to provide the District the lowest possible price for high quality products and service. SPECIFICATIONS: The District intends to contract for the purchase and delivery of band instruments of the quantity and description specified in the Item Details section of this solicitation. NO ALTERNATES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Instruments shall be in new, never used condition. These instruments are intended to be used in the music classrooms at a newly built school. Interested Bidders must download, review and meet "RFB_Instructions_Terms&Conditions" LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RFB, in order to be considered. All quotes are to be priced to INCLUDE freight and delivery. State number of calendar days to make delivery ARO in the "notes to agency" section of each line item.**

**Contractor(s) shall certify that it is an Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") Authorized Channel Partner as of the date of submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the OEM to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable OEM certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Contractor shall warrant that all products bid are new and in their original packaging. The Contractor confirms to have sourced all OEM products submitted in this offer from the OEM or through OEM's Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current OEM's applicable policies, at the time of purchase.** Award(s) may be made to the lowest acceptable Bidder(s) as determined by an item by item basis or by the total cost, however lead time will be taken into consideration. In the best interests of the District, the District reserves the right to award to more than one vendor. Award(s) may be subject to approval by the District Board of Education on May 2, 2024. Submission of electronic responses after the specified Due Date/Time are not possible. Bids of any other format received after the exact time specified for receipt will not be considered.
