The Town of Flower Mound is accepting sealed bids for
Bid No 2021-1-B Canyon Falls Park and
sealed bids will be received in a sealed envelope addressed to the Town of Flower Mound Purchasing Office, 2121 Cross Timbers Road, Flower Mound, TX 75028, until 11:00am (CT) on September 9, 2020. Any bids received after this time will not be accepted, and will be returned unopened. At the above time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and retained by the Purchasing Office for tabulation, verification, and evaluation.
September 1, 2020, at 12:00 pm CT will be the deadline for receipt of bidder questions. After that day and time, no bidder questions will be accepted or answered by the Engineer or Town. All questions must be submitted in writing to Sabrina Zadow via email address

The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the construction of a park with a restroom, playground, basketball court, pavilion, splash pad, concrete trail, parking lot, landscaping, irrigation and associated appurtenance detailed in the construction plans and specifications. The Canyon Falls Public Park project is located on Stonecrest Road across from Flower Mound Fire Station #6.
A Bid Bond in the form of a cashier’s check, a certified check, or an acceptable bidder’s bond made payable without conditions to the “Town of Flower Mound, Texas” in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submitted, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as are required and provide evidence of all required insurance coverage. All bidders’ security will be retained until a contract has been awarded and executed.
Each bidder shall carefully examine the Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents, shall visit the site and fully inform himself of all conditions affecting the work or the cost thereof, and shall be presumed to have done so and his bid shall be based upon his own conclusions from such examination.
Each bidder shall carefully read the Notice To Bidders and Instructions To Bidders in the attached bid document for additional information, bonding and insurance requirements of awarded bidder.
