Flat Iron Road Improvements

Town of Wolcott, Vermont Flat Iron Road Improvements Advertisement for Bids Sealed Bids for the Town of Wolcott, repair and relocation of a portion (approximately 350 feet) of Flat Iron Road and associated improvements will be received by the Town of Wolcott, at the Town of Wolcott Office (28 Railroad Street / PO Box 100, Wolcott, VT 05680), until 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Town. The project generally consists of the construction of a new roadway, ditch work and miscellaneous appurtenant construction. Work must generally follow the Vermont Agency of Transportation 2024 Standard Specifications for Construction, and prospective bidders shall be pre-qualified to work on Vermont Agency of Transportation Projects at the time of bid opening. Interested parties shall understand that final contract award and contract signing will be dependent on FEMA funding approval.
