NO Deliverables The deliverables are listed as follows: The objective of the RFP is to engage a competent and professionally resourced contractor for cleaning and housekeeping services at the Michener Institute of Education at UHN. The contractor will be a self-managed supplier. It is the

Proponent’s responsibility to ensure that all staff are adequately trained and supervised to produce the results intended in the Cleaning Specifications under Schedule A. The Cleaning Specifications enclosed are provided as a guide to the degree of cleaning activity expected. There may be additional tasks required by the Proponent, which conform to the intent of the Contract, but are not specifically noted. Michener is requesting experienced and qualified bidders to submit proposals which are based on the following: 1. Providing all labour and supervision to complete the work 2. Maintaining and servicing their cleaning equipment 3. Implementation of a robust Quality Assurance program with useful documentation and reports. 4.
