All bids shall be submitted online to\nwww.BidNetDirect.com prior to Friday, April 12, 2024, by 10:00 AM. Hard copy bids will not be\naccepted by BidNetDirect.com. You can register to become a bidder (for free) online at\nwww.BidNetDirect.com. For assistance, contact BidNetDirect.com at 800-835-4603.\n\nBid Documents will be available online beginning Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at\n

Questions are due Monday April 8, 2024, by 10:00 AM.\n\nEach Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a\nBid Security in form ofa bid bond, or certified check, and/or a treasurers or cashier\u2019s check issued by a\nresponsible bank or trust company in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid and fifty (50) percent\npayment bond if contract is more than $25,000. It is the responsibility of prospective proposers to check\nwww.BidNetDirect.com for new information via any addenda to this solicitation. Any addenda issued\nwill be emailed to all plan holders registered with BidNetDirect.\n\nMinimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce\nDevelopment under the provision of Massachusetts General Law (M.G.L.) c. 149, $ 26 to 27D, as\namended, apply to this project.
