Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelope with the name of the bid clearly written on the outside of the envelope. Pavement Patching, Widening and Joint Repair of the 2016 Louisiana Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges. This material will be picked up by Ascension Parish Government vehicles from the suppliers asphalt plant. The asphalt plant shall be located at a distance no greater than twenty-five (25) miles from the Ascension Parish Public Works Department located at 42077 Churchpoint Rd., Gonzales, LA 70737. All bid submissions must include the asphalt plant’s physical address. Bids will be accepted on a price per ton basis only for a period of one (1) year to commence upon acceptance by the Ascension Parish Council. Specifications/bidding documents may be obtained at the Ascension Parish Government, Purchasing Department located at 615 E. Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737.
