CITY OF WEST RICHLAND 2024 PAVEMENT PRESERVATION AND STREET STRIPING PROJECT BENTON COUNTY, WASHINGTON The City of West Richland will receive sealed bids for the 2024 PAVEMENT PRESERVATION AND STREET STRIPING PROJECT. Sealed bids will be received at the Municipal Services Facility, 3100 Belmont Blvd, West Richland, Washington, 99353 until Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. The project provides for the improvements to sections of Paradise Way and Belmont Blvd by rehabilitating the roadway with a 3/8 In. Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal Type IV, crack sealing various roadways, project temporary traffic control, pavement marking removal, stripe various locations within the City and other work in accordance with the technical specifications, drawings and contract documents. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond or quality assurance submittals within the time stated in the contract documents, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of West Richland. Each Bidder shall warrant he has not entered into collusion with another bidder or any other person, and does not discriminate in any manner against any person based solely on race, color, sex or creed.
