Added:Dec 12, 2017 3:59 pmModified:Dec 18, 2017 2:04 pmTrack Changes The purpose of this modification was to answer questions posted by vendors to contracting officer. What was the value of the previous contract if any? Since there is not currently a contract in place, what is the center currently paying for the services for that location? I m assuming these questions are not off limits..Thanks.There was not a previous contract in place, only an emergency which was put in place from 1 October 17 to 31 December 17. ÂCan you please confirm the rated tonnages for the chillers and the cooling tower makeup rate in gallons for the last 12 months? If you can provide the same for the cooling tower bleed please provide that as well.We currently have 3 recip chillers one 400-ton, one 800-ton, and one 1,200-ton. Two cooling towers with two cells each providing at total of 2,400-tons of capacity. The VA does not have information indicating gallons of make-up nor bleed for the cooling towers.ÂWho owns the chemical feed equipment for the cooling towers and steam boilers, i.e. controllers, chemical feed pumps, solid chemistry feeders, etc. If a new vendor is selected will the current vendor be removing anything or is it all owned by the VA?The VA owns the current chemical treatment equipment and will retain all said equipment. The contractor awarded this contract shall replace the chemical treatment
