Park Attendant Services, Rough River Lake

Nov 13, 2017 9:45 am This Request for Quote (RFQ) is to provide all personnel, labor, supplies, and transportation necessary for Park Attendants services at two (2) Rough River Lake Area Locations. Please review the Performance Work Statement for locations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses and conditions incorporated herein.
Up to two (2) awards will be made from this RFQ.
Note: There is a bonding requirement for this procurement action.
All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR 52.232-33 -- Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer -- System for Award Management (July 2013), which indicates "All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT)." Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the

website http://www.sam.gov. The process can usually be completed from 24 to 48 hours after submission. Contractors will need to obtain a Unique Entity Identifier for processing their registration. If you do not already have a Unique Entity Identifier, one can be obtained from Dun and Bradstreet by calling 1-800-333-0505. Refer to www.SAM.gov for information formerly found in CCR, EPLS, ORCA and FedReg.

PLEASE NOTE: SAM is completely free of charge for both registrants and users.
This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, under NAICS code 561210 ($38.5 Million).
Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor.
Quotes are due 13 December 2017, 10:00 am Eastern Time. Electronic submittals will be accepted. Fax submittals will not be accepted.
Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the price breakout schedule.
Note: The contract award will be based on Best Value to the Government in accordance with the following evaluation factors: (1) Past Performance and (2) Price. In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price quote, the offeror must complete their Representations and Certifications located in the solicitation.

The Government hereby accepts Joann Graham (7UF88) quote of $42,000.00 for the base and all options for Axtel Campground, Rough River.
The Government hereby accepts Jolain Elrod (1CNT5) quote of $23,814.00 for the base and all options for North Fork Campground, Rough River.
