NOTICE TO BIDDERS:Bid Due Date: April 9, 2024 at 2:00pm Project Scope:School Wide New HVAC system Schedule: Construction Start: January, 2025 Estimated Cost: $16,900,000 General Requirements: This is a public works, prevailing wage project Skilled and Trained Workforce is required There is NO PSA/PLA for this project. There is an OCIP for this project. Payment and Performance bonds will be required for subcontracts over $500k or at Tilden-Coil’s discretion. Prequalification Requirements: All MEP subcontractors holding or performing work (C-4, C-7, C10, C16, C20, C34, C36, C38, C42, C43, or C46) are required to be prequlaified with QualityBidder.com and must submit a prequalification questionaire ten (10) business days prior to bid due date.
