Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System And Implementation Services Request for Proposals Proposal Deadline – January 22, 2020 The City of Steamboat Springs desires to purchase or otherwise acquire rights to use an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System that meets the requirements identified in the RFP. The City requires that any proposal for an ERP also include professional services necessary to implement the system. Proposers offering hosted services or software as a service (SaaS) systems are encouraged to propose. Proposals must be received via email to Shelly St. Pierre, Procurement & Contracting Supervisor, no later than 5:00 pm, January 22, 2020. (See RFP documents for email address). The City of Steamboat Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals and enter into a contract or issue a purchase order which, in its opinion, best serves the needs of the City of Steamboat Springs and its citizens. RFP
