This notice is an invitation from the East Bay Municipal Utility District in Oakland, California to respond to a Request for Proposals for a Backflow Prevention System (BPS) replacement. The District seeks a solution to replace the existing BPS with one that allows remote access, improved data entry and validation, reduced paperwork, easier configuration, and modern query and reporting capabilities.
