Permit Ready Accessory Dwelling Units Program

The City is inviting proposals from qualified consultants or teams for the design and preparation of building plan sets for the proposed new Permit-Ready Accessory Dwelling Unit (PRADU) Program.  Consultant should prepare a bid proposal for supplying the city with building plans for detached ADUs.  The plans may be for any, some, or all of the unit types listed below.  The City may award contract to more than one consultant/team, and/or any portion of a consultant/team’s proposal, to prepare final plan sets.   Unit Types Studio One-bedroom Two-bedroom Foundation Only with State-approved factory-built
