Fire Suppression Inspection & Testing

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform annual, semi-annual, and quarterly inspections and testing of existing fire alarm, fire sprinkler and all fire suppression systems for fourteen (14) buildings located at Moffett Federal Airfield, CA, in accordance with the technical specifications.

Contractor must possess a C16 ¿ Fire Protection Contractor¿s License.

The Government Estimate for this project is $160,000.00.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on 5 August 2021, at 11:00 A.M. at Moffett Federal Airfield, CA. Prospective bidders shall meet at the Front Gate Entrance after checking in, to be considered responsive to the bidding requirements of this IFB.  Please allow enough time to check in with security.  Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by contacting CMSgt Donald Simmons, at (650) 603-8625 or
