Architectural Services and Costs for the Stewiacke and South Colchester Area Library Project Project Description :The Town of Stewiacke is requesting proposals from architectural firms for design services and costs for a new library. Initially, schematic design work, drawings and potential costs for the new library building will be required; additional work may be requested in the future depending on funding opportunities. It is anticipated that the firm selected to prepare the drawings and design work will continue as the consulting architect for future project deliverables, at the discretion of the town.
