Project: Emergency Medical Services Ref. #: RFP EMS/23 Type: RFP Status: Open Open Date: Feb 6th 2023, 2:30 PM EST Questions Due Date: Never Close Date: Mar 1st 2023, 2:00 PM EST Days Left: 2 Project Description:The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to enter into an agreement (the “Agreement”) for providing Advanced Life Support Code II Emergency Medical Services (“EMS”) Transportation Services for the City of Akron, Ohio (the “City”) through its Fire Department. The Agreement will be for a period of two years commencing on or before August 1, 2023 and ending on July 31, 2025 (the “Initial Term”) with an option by the City in its sole discretion to extend the Agreement for up to an additional three one year renewals (each, a “Renewal Term”) based on acceptable performance.
